Did you know that with only 1 minute of meditation per day, you can increase your heart health? You CAN perform a 10 second meditation six times per day and gain the same benefits!
At this workshop, you will…
- Learn a mindful meditation exercise that takes only 1 second to perform!
- Learn a meditation exercise that you can do when you’re sleepy, so you’re guaranteed to stay awake.
- Learn another that is great for when you purposely want to relax so you CAN go to sleep.
- Learn how to eat mindfully and manage emotional or stress eating.
You will also learn how to do energy tapping which is a technique that uses the traditional acupuncture points to relieve physical and emotional issues.
